Job purpose
The Major Account Executive – Financial Services at CostPerform plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and market leadership. With a focus on financial services enterprises, the purpose of this role is to lead strategic engagements with targeted accounts, identifying and addressing CFO challenges through CostPerform’s unique cost and performance management software. The Major Account Executive will be responsible for landing key deals, setting the foundation for strong adoption, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring successful renewals. By working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintaining customer feedback loops, the role aims to optimize customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous enhancement of CostPerform’s software platform. The goal is to solidify CostPerform’s position as the professional’s choice for addressing the most complex cost and performance questions in the financial services industry, further establishing the company’s leadership to industry leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Landing Deals and Adoption Foundation:
- Engage with targeted financial services enterprise prospects to identify relevant CFO challenges.
- Position CostPerform’s unique ability to solve complex problems and build business value.
- Conduct highly effective presentations to VP through C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Account Expansion:
- Develop and own coordinated account planning and opportunity planning processes.
- Apply value-based selling methodology and tools for accurate forecasting.
- Identify account expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling within targeted accounts.
Renewals and ARR:
- Work towards expanding deals, ensuring renewals, and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Navigate sophisticated prospect environments, aligning prospects around the CostPerform solution.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Development Reps, Growth Marketing, Expert Services teams and Partner Teams.
- • Establish and maintain customer feedback loops with the product team to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with client needs.
