Job purpose
The purpose of the Growth Marketer role at CostPerform is to drive the company’s growth
and market leadership B2B SAAS Cost & Performance Management, particularly focusing on
Fortune 2000 enterprises. By executing growth initiatives, the Growth Marketer nurtures
CostPerform’s expansion and establishes it as the go-to choice for Cost Management &
Profitability solutions. This role addresses CFO challenges through CostPerform’s unique
cost and performance management software, enhancing market presence and solidifying
the company’s position as an industry leader. Ultimately, the purpose is to optimize
customer satisfaction, accelerate market expansion, and drive customer acquisition through
targeted marketing initiatives and innovative growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Growth Marketer at CostPerform, your key responsibilities include:
- Put Growth Strategies into action: Execute market positioning initiatives, lead
generation (MQL’s), and brand enhancement to drive CostPerform’s visibility and
market share for several industries (Banking, Insurance, Telco, Government, Retail
and Manufacturing) - Launch dynamic marketing campaigns across a diverse array of channels and
strategies, aimed at capturing new leads and engaging our target audience
effectively, particularly Fortune 2000 enterprises in the USA, APAC and EMEA. - Leverage and enhance our sophisticated Martech stack to produce and distribute
premium promotional content, tailored for optimal performance across multiple
marketing platforms. - Analyzing Marketing Performance: Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing
analytics and performance metrics to ensure strategic alignment with our ambitious
growth objectives, making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. - Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with the sales
team, customer expert services, and product development teams to synchronize
marketing efforts, ensuring a unified approach to market penetration and customer
satisfaction. - Innovating Growth Strategies: Innovate and test creative growth strategies,
exploring unconventional solutions to accelerate CostPerform’s market expansion
and customer acquisition, particularly targeting CFO challenges with our cost and
performance management software. - Managing CRM Tool: Manage and maintain our primary CRM tool, HubSpot, ensuring
it is up-to-date, utilized according to best practices, and kept organized for optimal
efficiency and effectiveness in our marketing and sales efforts. - Work with External Agencies: Work with external agencies specializing in SEO, SEA
(Search Engine Advertising), LinkedIn advertising, website development, content
creation, and branding. Ensure alignment with CostPerform’s growth objectives and
brand standards.
