Are you commercially sharp and energized by building high-impact partner ecosystems?

At CostPerform, we’re looking for a Partner Manager who can translate strategic potential into scalable, revenue-generating partnerships. You’ll play a key role in shaping how global consultancy and implementation partners bring our platform to Fortune 2000 clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop Scalable Partner Programs: Design structured, repeatable partner programs including tiering, incentives, enablement, and co-marketing to support long-term partner performance. 
  • Build and Activate Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and activate high-impact partners across consulting, system integrators (e.g. SAP/Oracle), resellers (e.g. Carahsoft), and technology partners (e.g. AWS, Azure). Focus on those with enterprise reach and strategic fit within our ecosystem. 
  • Drive Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch joint customer engagements and proof-of-value cases, initially focused on key regions in EMEA and North America. 
  • Enable Partner Success: Deliver training, support, and performance reviews that empower partners to win and expand within their client base, improving partner-sourced pipeline and deal velocity. 
  • Align Internally Across Teams: Work closely with commercial, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of partner strategy with overall business goals and client needs. 
  • Iterate and Improve: Use partner metrics and field feedback to refine programs and double down on what works. Stay close to the field, and iterate fast.

So, what are we looking for?

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2+ years in partner management or indirect sales roles
  • Proven track record in building or scaling partner channels with long sales cycles (~12 months) and high average deal sizes (€100k+)
  • Experience working with or selling to enterprise customers in sectors like finance or telecom is a strong plus
  • Understanding of the financial function or experience in fintech/financial tooling environments is a bonus
  • Pragmatic, commercial mindset with the ability to act as both builder and operator
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Living in the Netherlands, with the ability and willingness to work from our Utrecht office at least 3 days per week
