Are you energized by opening conversations, identifying opportunities, and driving pipeline growth? At CostPerform, we’re seeking a Sales Development Representative who excels at engaging senior finance leaders and positioning a complex, high-value SaaS solution used by global enterprises and government organizations.

What You’ll Do: 

Generate Qualified Pipeline:
Conduct structured outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels to connect with finance executives across our main industries; banking, government, telecom.

Qualify Inbound Interest:
Engage and qualify prospects from marketing campaigns, events, and website inquiries to determine fit, urgency, and business opportunities.

Book High-Quality Meetings:
Schedule introduction calls and product demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handovers and clear context to support conversion.

Maintain Accurate CRM Data:
Log all prospect interactions, notes, and qualification details in HubSpot, ensuring consistent forecasting and pipeline visibility.

Optimize Outreach Strategies:
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign performance.

Become a Product & Industry Expert:
Stay current on CostPerform’s capabilities, cost and profitability use cases, and sector developments to engage prospects with confidence.

This is what we’re offering:

  • A competitive base salary between €2,800 and €3,400, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week).
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to qualified opportunities and team revenue.
  • A hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in our Utrecht office and 2 days remote.

So, what are we looking for?

  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, business development, or inside sales (SaaS experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self-driven work style with clear motivation to exceed targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Interest in finance, accounting, or SaaS technology.
  • Living in the Netherlands and available for regular in-office collaboration in Utrecht.
  • A positive, curious personality and willingness to bring energy into the team.
