The role

As Digital Marketer at CostPerform, you play a key role in executing and improving our day-to-day marketing activities. This is a hands-on role focused on building, running, and analysing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, and leads.

You will work closely with Cornelis (VP Marketing & Sales) and the broader marketing team, helping to execute a wide range of digital marketing initiatives.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the operation: launching campaigns, analysing performance, improving messaging, and continuously learning what works and what doesn’t.

This role offers broad exposure to many aspects of digital marketing and is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to rapidly develop their skills in a B2B SaaS environment.

What you’ll be doing

The role is intentionally broad. You will gain experience across multiple digital marketing disciplines and have the opportunity to grow your expertise over time. Things you will be working on:

  • Build and manage marketing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, email, and paid advertising

  • Create and optimise landing pages, messaging, and marketing content

  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into improvements

  • Support lead generation initiatives and help optimise the marketing funnel

  • Work with HubSpot for marketing automation, tracking, and campaign management

  • Contribute to content creation such as articles, LinkedIn posts, and campaign assets

  • Support visual and creative production (presentations, ad creatives, simple visuals)

  • Help create and edit simple marketing videos when needed

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure marketing supports pipeline development

Job requirements

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone smart, curious, and eager to learn. You enjoy figuring out how messaging resonates with a target audience and like improving things based on data and feedback.

You likely bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field

  • Interest in B2B marketing and SaaS environments

  • Experience with campaign execution (social, email, or paid advertising)

  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in performance data

  • Good writing and communication skills

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot (or willingness to learn quickly)

  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently

  • Experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment can be a strong plus.
