The role

As Growth Marketer at CostPerform, you are responsible for driving scalable, high-quality inbound growth. You own the marketing engine that fuels our enterprise sales pipeline.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and commercial strategy. You will work closely with Cornelis (VP Marketing & Sales) and the broader commercial team to ensure marketing directly contributes to pipeline, revenue, and international expansion.

Our current growth is already largely marketing-driven. Now we are looking for someone who can professionalise, optimise, and scale that foundation.

This is not a purely operational campaign role. It is a role with ownership, analytical depth, and direct impact on commercial performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on enterprise lead generation

  • Optimise and scale inbound acquisition channels (paid & organic)

  • Run A/B tests on messaging, landing pages, and conversion funnels

  • Own marketing automation and nurturing flows (HubSpot)

  • Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data

  • Strengthen positioning and messaging towards CFO and C-level audiences

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ICP, pipeline quality, and conversion

  • Manage external partners or agencies where relevant

You will have the freedom to experiment — but also the responsibility to deliver measurable results.

Job requirements

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a B2B SaaS environment with complex enterprise sales cycles.

You likely bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B (SaaS) marketing or growth

  • A strong track record in lead generation and conversion optimisation

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot)

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

  • Understanding of how to position towards C-level stakeholders

  • Ownership mentality and comfort in a scale-up environment

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS or finance-related products is a strong plus.
