The role

As a Growth Marketer at CostPerform, you sit across the entire marketing funnel.

You understand how to attract the right audience, guide them through meaningful touchpoints, and convert interest into real commercial opportunities.

You don’t wait for instructions — you take ownership.

You run experiments, test hypotheses, and continuously improve performance.

You will:

  • Own and optimise one or more key channels (e.g. LinkedIn, paid search, email, events)

  • Build and improve the marketing funnel end-to-end

  • Design and execute campaigns from idea → execution → analysis

  • Work closely with Sales (BDRs & AEs) to improve lead quality and conversion

  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and actively solve them

What you’ll be doing

Own marketing channels & campaigns

  • Take ownership of one or more key channels (e.g. LinkedIn, paid search, email, events)

  • Plan, execute and optimise campaigns from start to finish

  • Continuously improve performance based on data and insights

Work across the full funnel

  • Build and optimise the funnel from awareness → engagement → conversion

  • Understand how different touchpoints work together (ads, content, website, email, sales handover)

  • Identify bottlenecks and actively improve conversion at each stage

Experiment & improve

  • Run experiments and test new ideas regularly

  • Develop hypotheses, measure results and iterate quickly

  • Bring new ideas on how to improve reach, engagement and pipeline generation

Collaborate with Sales

  • Work closely with BDRs and AEs to improve lead quality and conversion

  • Align on messaging, targeting and follow-up

  • Ensure marketing efforts translate into real commercial opportunities

Job requirements

Who we’re looking for

This role requires ownership, curiosity and the ability to operate without strict structure.

You likely:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing

  • Have worked in a startup, scale-up or agency environment

  • Understand how a marketing funnel works (from first touchpoint to conversion)

  • Have hands-on experience running campaigns yourself

  • Are comfortable experimenting and learning from results

  • Enjoy working broadly rather than in a narrow specialist role

You are someone who:

  • Takes ownership and responsibility naturally

  • Doesn’t wait for instructions, but takes initiative

  • Thinks in experiments rather than fixed plans

  • Is proactive and challenges ideas (including ours)

  • Wants to build and improve, not just execute

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or with complex products

  • Experience working closely with sales teams

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar
