The role

As an Account Management / Digital Post-Sales Intern at CostPerform, you will support and help shape how we manage and grow relationships with our existing customers in a more digital, data-driven, and AI-enabled way.

This is not an observational internship. You will be a working member of the Account Management team and contribute directly to how we support customers after go-live, structure customer insights, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

You will work at the intersection of customers, data, systems, and commercial decision-making within a B2B SaaS environment that serves complex, international enterprise organisations. The role gives you hands-on exposure to real customer data, internal processes, and the daily reality of post-sales and account management.

This internship is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, likes bringing structure to complexity, and wants to understand how customer engagement, insights, and commercial opportunities come together in practice.

What you’ll be doing

As part of the Account Management team, your responsibilities may include:

Digital post-sales & customer insights

  • Support the digital post-sales journey by collecting, structuring, and analysing customer and product usage data

  • Help build and maintain dashboards, reports, and overviews that support account managers in their daily work

  • Identify usage patterns, trends, potential risks, and early signals for upsell or expansion opportunities

Process improvement & scalability

  • Think along and contribute to making account management and post-sales more efficient, consistent, and scalable

  • Help improve processes around sales-to-account handover, follow-up, customer insights, and internal coordination

  • Support initiatives aimed at introducing more data-driven and AI-supported workflows within post-sales

Account & CRM support

  • Prepare customer meetings, QBRs, and internal account discussions

  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality (HubSpot)

  • Support account managers with account overviews, analysis, and follow-up actions

Job requirements

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a motivated and curious intern who is eager to learn and contribute in a professional B2B SaaS environment.

You likely bring:

  • An interest in customer relationships, data, and business processes

  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills

  • Comfort working with systems, data, and digital tools

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

  • The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team

You are:

  • Communicative, organised, and reliable

  • Curious and eager to understand how a complex product and organisation work

  • Comfortable switching between data-oriented tasks and customer-facing preparation

You are currently a student in:

  • Business Administration

  • Business Analytics / Data Analytics

  • Economics / Econometrics

  • IT or a related field

Experience with CRM systems, Excel, BI tools, or basic data analysis is a plus, but not required.
