Partner Manager

  • Hybrid
    • Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands
  • Sales

Own and grow CostPerform’s global partner ecosystem. Build senior relationships, drive joint enterprise deals, and turn partnerships into real revenue impact.

Job description

The role

As Partner Manager at CostPerform, you are responsible for building, activating, and scaling our international partner ecosystem.

This is not a purely strategic or advisory role. The direction is clear. What we are looking for is someone who goes out, builds relationships, tightens fundamentals, and makes partnerships work in practice.

You will work with senior stakeholders at:

  • Consulting firms (from boutique specialists to Big Four)

  • System integrators (e.g. SAP / Oracle ecosystems)

  • Resellers and contract vehicles

  • Selected marketplaces and platform partners

You operate at the intersection of enterprise sales, partnerships, and complex B2B decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

Partner development & relationship management

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new international partners

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships through frequent contact (calls, meetings, events)

  • Act as the main point of contact for active partners

  • Manage expectations, agreements, and mutual commitments

Commercial execution with partners

  • Support partners in positioning and selling CostPerform

  • Align on joint pipelines, opportunities, and target accounts

  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes together

  • Hold senior-level conversations — including pushing back when needed

Structure & fundamentals

  • Set up and maintain clear partner cadences (pipeline reviews, QBRs, follow-ups)

  • Bring structure to partner management without over-engineering

  • Translate strategy into repeatable, practical ways of working

Internal collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership

  • Feed partner insights back into go-to-market strategy

  • Represent the partner perspective internally

Job requirements

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is commercially sharp, grounded, and curious.

You likely bring:

  • 6–10+ years experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, alliances, or partnerships

  • Experience working with enterprise clients and senior finance stakeholders (CFO-level)

  • A background in consulting, SaaS sales, system integrators, or partner ecosystems

  • Confidence holding senior, sometimes challenging commercial conversations

  • Strong English communication skills (international role)

You are:

  • Hands-on and comfortable doing the legwork

  • Curious and tech-savvy — comfortable with complex products

  • Commercially minded, but not “sales-slick”

  • Pragmatic, low-ego, and down-to-earth

  • Comfortable working internationally and cross-culturally

What we offer

  • A key commercial role in a fast-growing international SaaS company

  • High ownership and autonomy

  • Direct exposure to enterprise clients and global partners

  • Hybrid working model (office presence is important)

  • Competitive salary with performance-based upside

  • Non-contributory pension plan and full travel reimbursement.

  • A pragmatic, no-nonsense team culture
