At CostPerform, we’re looking for a Partner Manager who can translate strategic potential into scalable, revenue-generating partnerships. You’ll play a key role in shaping how global consultancy and implementation partners bring our platform to Fortune 2000 clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop Scalable Partner Programs: Design structured, repeatable partner programs including tiering, incentives, enablement, and co-marketing to support long-term partner performance.
- Build and Activate Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and activate high-impact partners across consulting, system integrators (e.g. SAP/Oracle), resellers (e.g. Carahsoft), and technology partners (e.g. AWS, Azure). Focus on those with enterprise reach and strategic fit within our ecosystem.
- Drive Joint Go-to-Market Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch joint customer engagements and proof-of-value cases, initially focused on key regions in EMEA and North America.
- Enable Partner Success: Deliver training, support, and performance reviews that empower partners to win and expand within their client base, improving partner-sourced pipeline and deal velocity.
- Align Internally Across Teams: Work closely with commercial, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of partner strategy with overall business goals and client needs.
- Iterate and Improve: Use partner metrics and field feedback to refine programs and double down on what works. Stay close to the field, and iterate fast.
